I provide psychological therapy for individuals and couples by Skype using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

I have worked in sexual health services in London, community mental health services in Auckland and as a forensic psychologist in Sydney. This has given me experience in working with a wide variety of emotional and psychological problems including:

I also provide professional supervision to other mental health care professions in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics and went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at London Guildhall University, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London (2003). My post-doctoral training has included skills in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and training in professional supervision.

I am registered as a clinical psychologist in the Australia and the UK, and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists and the British Psychological Society. I am currently based in Melbourne.
