I provide psychological therapy for adults by Skype or FaceTime using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

I am registered as a clinical psychologist in Australia and the UK, and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the British Psychological Society and the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics (1987) and went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at London Guildhall University (1999), followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London (2003). My post-doctoral training has included skills in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, working with trauma and training in professional supervision.
I started my working career in 1987 as a neighbourhood social worker in London and went on to become a specialist social worker in HIV/AIDS. From there I went on to work as a sexual health advisor and counsellor. After completing my doctorate, I continued to work in sexual health services as a clinical psychologist. I then specialised in adult mental health, working in multidisciplinary mental health teams in Auckland. I also held roles as a student counsellor with the University of Auckland, forensic psychologist with Corrective Services NSW and private practitioner with Associated Counsellors & Psychologists Sydney. I set up The Skype Clinic in 2012 and am currently based in Melbourne.
