I provide psychological therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
I am registered as a clinical psychologist in the UK & Australia and am a member of the British Psychological Society, the Australian Psychological Society, the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics and went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at London Guildhall University, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London (2003). My post-doctoral training has included skills in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and training in professional supervision.
I have worked in sexual health services in London, community mental health services in Auckland and as a forensic psychologist in Sydney. I currently work online with Associated Counsellors & Psychologists Sydney (Australia) and the Skype Clinic. I have provided psychological therapy by Skype since 2012.
